Return Policy
For a full refund, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if due to our error (receiving the wrong or defective item, etc.).
Your refund should arrive within four weeks of the date we hand over the package to the return carrier, but in many cases, it can arrive sooner. This time period includes transit time to receive the return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process the return once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us with your order number and the details of the product you're returning. We'll respond promptly with instructions on how to return your order.
Shipping
We can ship to almost any address worldwide. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and not all can be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we'll estimate shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and shipping options selected. Depending on the carrier you select, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.
Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of an item is listed on the product page. In accordance with the policies of our carriers, all weights are rounded up.
